Since I was re-locating to the GR area, I contacted several realtors and interviewed them all on the phone before meeting with them. He not only showed me numerous homes in the GR market, but he was educating me about the GR housing market, pointing out neighborhoods for investments and for personal living. Dave also, educated me with basic construction we found in several houses and about the area builders. Then Dave helped me to negotiate my purchase price by doing a detailed market analyst which also included the tax bases for the local area. Dave exceeded my expection and made my purchase very easy.
