Would not use anyone except for Dave when it comes to buying a house. He is very detail oriented and looks for both positive and negative things about each house. He was able to point out possible red flags that an inspector would find because he has dedicated his time to researching and observing inspections in the past. A lot of those details can be easily overlooked while getting caught up in walking through homes.
