My fiancée Hanna and I met David at an open house he was hosting. He was immediately welcoming and wanting to help us make a deal, and did everything he could to help us from 11 pm phone calls to early mornings drafting and considering options for our offers. Over the course of a year he was available and accommodating of our schedules, and supportive as we learned what we wanted and made offers. As David guided us through the many homes each having unique things we liked and didn’t. We widened our eye to also consider buying land and building, both things David has experience with. Finally, one Wednesday afternoon in April we met at the land that would become mine and Hanna's, each of us knew it was the spot, and we had to act fast. Without hesitation David jumped into action locating utilities, and introducing us to the neighbors, and had already asked the sellers realtor permission for us to introduce ourselves. We had a great meeting with the owner, and the outcome is wonderful! In summary, he is an experienced, accommodating, and all around good person that I would recommend anyone I love to work with!
