I’m extremely happy and pleased to have used David Stoll for three different moves. Had I not moved out of California he would continue to be my real estate agent. Sometimes, it takes a project that has more challenges than you ever see coming, to test your mettle and to give you the opportunity to prove your competence and perseverance. The sale of my parents' house had so many challenges that David was able to turn into opportunities, that I lost count. An every-day realtor would've given up after a very short time. However, David persevered, met and overcame all the challenges that could have easily prevented this sale from happening. My parents have never been happier, having put that extremely challenging situation with their home to rest behind them, so they are able to now settle in to their dream home by our family in Arizona. Calling David when we wanted to start looking at homes was the BEST decision! He was patient with us (I am certain that our incessant questions were exhausting!).
