Sometimes, it takes a project that has more challenges than you ever see coming, to test your mettle and to give you the opportunity to prove your competence and perseverance. The sale of my parents' house had so many challenges that David was able to turn into opportunities, that I lost count. An every-day realtor would've given up after a very short time.
