My experience with Davis was outstanding. He came into this sale after an unpleasant experience with another realtor. But he was honest from the beginning. He didn't pretend to lead me down some primrose path. The house had several material/repair issues that I was not made aware of by the previous realtor and he took pictures and showed me some noticeable things about the house to make it more attractive to a buyer. He was not shy about it. He knows his business and how to make big issues into little issues. He stayed in communication (important to me as I live 1300 miles away) and always let me know of any issues affecting the house or a potential buyer. I am very pleased and would absolutely recommend him to any other seller or buyer.

We are in the military and needed to sell our home fast once we came upon orders. David was an honest and great realtor. He sold our house in the time that we needed to have it sold. He will hustle for you all you have to do is listen to his advice. He is very nice realtor to talk to and goes above and beyond for his clients.
