We have known Dave the past few years. We searched about 2 years before we found the right property. Dave was very helpful all that time. he helped us to view a number of properties. He was always patient and never pressuring. He found a couple interesting options which were not viewable with standard real estate resources. David was amazing from the initial meeting to being able to sell my home in Miramar about 4 months later.
