David LaVallee is an excellent real estate agent who above all else knows what he has to look for, knows what to ask, and knows what is the best information to relay back myself and others. His cheeriness and eagerness to help at the drop of the hat is service to die for. At the time I really only went to look at different homes and properties and wasnt able to buy but he still was every bit as helpful. You won't find another agent like him.

David taught me more about the real estate/home buying business than anyone else. He's sharp-witted, helpful and diligent. I suspect that he may also be a Kennedy.
