David LaVallee is an excellent real estate agent who above all else knows what he has to look for, knows what to ask, and knows what is the best information to relay back myself and others. His cheeriness and eagerness to help at the drop of the hat is service to die for. At the time I really only went to look at different homes and properties and wasnt able to buy but he still was every bit as helpful. You won't find another agent like him.

A potential career move had my partner and I looking to move to the L.A. area. Being used to having lived in the leafier parts of Berlin (Tiergarten-Schöneberg) and London (Hampstead NW3), we looked around for similar areas in the Californian urban hub. Having experience with European realtors we found a similar experience with the ones Stateside, that until David came along highly recommended. His knowledge and knowhow lead us to visit a few wonderful properties around the south of Irvine and a couple in Yorba Linda as well; adding to that his no-nonsense approach to conversation and truthful showcasing tours will assure that you are well informed to make the right choice. Considering that we are to move internationally, he also offered assistance with the necessary freight and legal logistics in addition of being attentive to my expecting partner's needs during the visits and for a potential, highly likely move. Refreshing.

David actually helped me two times. First by getting a flat and then finding a tenant who would take it over after I had to urgently move due to family reasons. He even got me in contact with a very good International Mover once he heard of my troubles. Great, easy going guy. I really felt he cared (and I would have ended up paying a fortune on severance fee without him).
