If I could give David, Jenn and Ramon 10 stars, I honestly would. If you want a reliable, honest, trustworthy real estate Team - these are your people! Moving into a new city, a friend referred me to David and his team & I couldn’t say better things about them. David and his wife Jenn were lovely. Ramon who was another agent I worked with was also super knowledgeable, and they were all very easy to talk to. They worked with me for a couple of months prior to the move, showing me price points and options in the different areas. We walked through a variety of houses and when I was ready to purchase, they really went to bat for me. They were patient, excellent communicators and very reliable. As a first time home buyer I felt like I had a lot of random questions, and they always replied right away and were super helpful going above and beyond. I was in a time crunch, I had no idea what I was doing & in addition it’s the holidays and they were the kindest every step of the way. I will definitely reach out to them when I’m ready to buy or sell in the future. They are professional, kind and know their business in and out. The best decision I ever made was to use David Kurz. He knows his market extremely well and knows how to negotiate. David is also so great about getting back to you asap. He is amazing. I have sold over 27 homes in my life time and he has been the best realtor I have ever had!!!!!
