Mario did an excellent job selling my property in Kendall. I live in New York, so I was nervous about picking an agent remotely, but from our first call I found him to be straightforward, and a real problem solver. This was a probate sale, and he and his administrative partner, Rocio, handled all the legal and administrative details smoothly. They were efficient, responsive, and professional throughout the process. Mario sold my property quickly at a reasonable price, even in a tough market. I highly recommend him and would gladly work with him again.
