I first worked with Barbara in 2017 to purchase my home. She was incredibly professional, polite, friendly, and gave great feedback about the properties so I could make the best decision possible. I had such an amazing experience with Barbara, I contacted her to sell my home in 2021. She was thorough in assessing my home and the repairs needed before listing, set a reasonable timeline, and helped recommend and arrange vendors (i.e. plumber, pest control, carpet cleaning). Her professionalism and assistance was amazing and appreciated as I was going through a divorce and having major surgery at the time leading up to the listing. She set my mind at ease, kept me updated regularly, and went above and beyond. Since the sale, I have contacted Barbara again to look for a rental. She is always professional, friendly, and honest about her assessment of the property. I HIGHLY recommend using her as your realtor for ANY real estate transaction (buy, sell, rent). She is highly knowledgable in Veterans' issues (VA loans, tax credits) which you will not find with most realtors. Barbara always goes above and beyond, treats you with dignity and respect, and I cannot say enough great things about her. Again, I HIGHLY recommend her!
