David was remarkably well-informed, experienced, skilled, well-networked, and conscientious from our first meeting through the closing. He managed all the details for preparing my deceased father's home, including linking us up with an excellent contractor, introducing us to up an agency that would accept items that we wanted to donate, and arranging for the property to be cleaned up, inside and out. He guided us through every step on the way, and was absolutely indispensable to us, since we are based out of state. He approached us and our situation with sensitivity and compassion. There are truly not enough stars to capture our positive experience and high regard for him!

David helped my brother and I sell our childhood home, which was unfortunately devastated by a fire, within 7 days of being on the market. This was a difficult time for us, and we knew very little about how to navigate this situation. After talking with David, we could tell he was knowledgeable with extensive experience and were confident that he was the right person to help us. David performed a detailed analysis, educating us on our options and the pros and cons of rebuilding versus selling. When it was time to make a final decision, he listened to our perspectives and guided us in determining the optimal outcome. David was with us throughout the entire closing process, answering questions and providing guidance. David was truly our trusted real estate advisor throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend him.

David did an outstanding job with the sale of our home. He had a great grasp of the market and knew what updates were necessary to make to the house to maximize its desirability. He professionally hired and managed the contractors, worked directly with the donation centers and skillfully negotiated the sale price. David was always friendly and his calm demeanor never wavered. I can recommend him without reservation.

What can I say? If there was a 1 to 10 scale, I'd give David Engel a 15. Communication, attention to detail, follow-through, analysis of our market position, written reports after each open house, to-do lists once I had a contract - what services to cancel, who to notify, etc. - I could go on and on.
