We hit the jackpot - both the house AND the agent! My wife and I were first time buyers, complete novices; our first step was using the Realtor.com app. Via the app, we requested to schedule a viewing of a property that had caught our attention. That was when we won the agent lottery. You can do the same thing, press "request a viewing" and cross your fingers with who calls you back, OR you could give yourself a head start in the race and just call David. He organized that viewing, as well as several others, on a Saturday afternoon, because that was the most convenient day for us. He answered all of our questions honestly, as well as discussed our personal pros and cons of layouts or property locations.
