David is a native Floridian who has lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area his entire life. After graduating from the University of South Florida with a business degree in marketing, David co-founded a management consulting firm and remained an equity partner there for nearly two decades.
The skills and experience gained from a career in consulting was the perfect foundation for a transition into real estate. David has been a sales leader as an agent and is now proud to be a Broker Associate with Charles Rutenberg Realty.
David has worked with several local charities, having served as Board Chairman for Random Acts of Flowers Tampa Bay, as a Trustee of the Clearwater Bar Foundation, as an ongoing member of the Dream Society pledging annual contributions to the Children’s Dream Fund and has also supported Habitat for Humanity as a member of their professional men’s group.
