Dave Aurigemma, owner/broker, of Regency Real Estate is our broker on several pieces of property. Through out our listings Dave has performed to our expectations and above. Our properties have been shown by himself, agents in his firm and he is willing to co-broke with other real estate companies. We just closed on a parcel in Northfield and he is diligently working toward a sale of our other properties. He keeps us informed of his showings with feedback from potential buyers.
