Life got complicated right after my wife and I initiated a search for a different home several years ago with Cheri. We first met Amy when looking for a house to rent in West Hartford. She found us a comfortable, affordable single family home in a nice neighborhood. A year later, we liked the neighborhood enough that we decided to buy there. After a couple weeks of looking, Amy found us an affordable single family house. She was super helpful during the whole process. A couple of years later, my wife got a job offer in Toronto. We moved to Toronto but kept the house because we liked the neighbors so much we thought we might want to retire there. We decided to rent out the house instead of selling it. In less than a month’s time, Amy found us good tenants. After a couple of years, we decided to stay in Toronto and sell the house. We, of course, called Amy. She was extremely helpful in helping us get the house ready to sell. Then she found us good buyers and helped us to get a very good price for the house. We used Amy’s services for four different realty functions and found her to be excellent at all of them. Amy is our favorite realtor She asks the right questions, provide sound advice and is connected to excellent service providers.

Definitely recommend Arthur Davis (AJ). Probably had one of the more challenging situations for this house. Despite this we were able to work through it and get an outcome we were very happy with. I recommend AJ for anyone looking for their real estate needs.
