Dave helped me purchase my first rental in the toledo area. He was very knowledgeable about what areas to stay away from and would let me know if a house was not even worth fixing. The videos he does for each house saves me time of having to look at each one. The videos are detailed and Dave will point out the good and bad about the property. Dave is also a asset for contractors in any repairs needed and has saved me money with quality contractors. 1 year later Dave is helping me purchase 2 more rentals.
