Dave Landon is just simply amazing to work with. This comments section doesn’t do justice for how great our experience has been with him. Dave goes above and beyond with showing houses. He’s very knowledgeable and is really a mini home inspector. He’s very thorough and answers all my questions; no matter how minuscule or detailed they are...and they can be ridiculous. We appreciate Dave’s style and sense of humor which helps when making big decisions. We love working with Dave and will continue to work with him for any and all of our real estate needs.

Team Landon got me more then asking price for my house listing. They used all available tools to promote and get my house seen by as many buyers as possible. They were very helpful in the selling process. This will be the buy and sell agents I use in the future.

Dave made the entire home buying process extremely easy. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything at any point, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. He answered every question I asked in detail, and very clearly had a lot of experience and knowledge. I have already begun to recommend him to friends and family.

Overall, we had a great experience with our PS agent. He and his wife were good to work with, organized and thorough. Two points of feedback: 1) at times, particularly early on within the first couple weeks on the market, they were too quick to try and push me to compromise on price to make a quick sale (despite knowing we weren't in a rush given our situation) and 2) at times we would have appreciated a direct call to talk thru things vs. primarily e-mails back and forth all the time. Again, had a great experience with our agents, but wanted to share. Realize both of the above are likely a product of them being top agents that sell a large number of houses every year, so we get the "Why", just wanted to share as some constructive feedback.
