My agent, Dave Landon, was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, provided useful and on point information about selling the property and also about the local real estate market. His info made it easier for me to make the right decisions in order to sell the property as efficiently as possible. He was also present and/or in contact at critical points during the entire process and ensured that there were not any communication gaps between the seller, buyer, home inspector, contractor, etc. It was his attention to the details that made all the difference. I will be highly recommending him to others who are looking to buy or sell real estate.
