Overall, we had a great experience with our PS agent. He and his wife were good to work with, organized and thorough. Two points of feedback: 1) at times, particularly early on within the first couple weeks on the market, they were too quick to try and push me to compromise on price to make a quick sale (despite knowing we weren't in a rush given our situation) and 2) at times we would have appreciated a direct call to talk thru things vs. primarily e-mails back and forth all the time. Again, had a great experience with our agents, but wanted to share. Realize both of the above are likely a product of them being top agents that sell a large number of houses every year, so we get the "Why", just wanted to share as some constructive feedback.
Dave made the entire home buying process extremely easy. I didn’t feel pressured to do anything at any point, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. He answered every question I asked in detail, and very clearly had a lot of experience and knowledge. I have already begun to recommend him to friends and family.
