Darel sets you up on the MLS, and once you start your search and communicate with Darel he will get you in to see a home the next day. Darel is communicative, knowledgeable, and responsive to all things home purchasing. He is helpful in guiding you to place to the right offer for that offer to get accepted. Date and Evi work their magic. Darel was up late working on our offer package to present and making sure it was top quality. Once the offer was accepted Darel sent us all of our paperwork through secure email for signing, and if we had any questions we were able to call, text or email them both. All the nitty gritty no worries, Darel will explain items in general terms and not in real-estate terms. He works closely with the lender of your choice to get things handled and taken care of.
