About Danielle

Hi, I'm Danielle Evans Wade - a proud, lifelong Homewood native who truly loves where I live and work. After graduating from Homewood High School, I jumped right into our family business, Applause Dancewear, where I spent 15 wonderful years. During that time, I also studied interior design and photography, which only deepened my appreciation for homes, spaces, and the way people live in them. Real estate has always felt like a natural fit. I work alongside my husband, Billy Wade, and his mother, Cindy Wade, as The Wades, a family-based real estate team with ARC Realty. The three of us bring different perspectives, strengths, and experience to the table, allowing us to serve our clients in a thoughtful, well-rounded way. Billy also serves as our Lake Martin specialist, helping clients navigate lake living with local insight and a true lifestyle approach, while our Homewood and Birmingham roots remain at the heart of everything we do. We believe in investing where we sell and truly living the lifestyle we represent - from walking the streets of Homewood with our sweet Husky, Tala, to boating on Lake Martin with family and friends. That firsthand experience shapes how we advise our clients and strengthens our confidence in the communities we serve. Billy and I are officially empty nesters these days - our daughter Abbey is living her best life at the University of Alabama, where she's an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Our goal as The Wades is simple: treat every client like family and make the buying or selling process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible. We truly love what we do - and where we do it.
