My wife and I had a great experience working with Danielle to purchase our first home. In our case, our offer was quite a bit below list price, and Danielle skillfully communicated with the listing agent to level-set prior to us making our offer. She is also analytically savvy and had many important data points to back up our position when we made an offer. All in all, Danielle is a great agent and on top of that she is super friendly. It was our pleasure working with Danielle Paluscio as our agent during our first homebuying purchase. We were primarily looking at historic homes in the midtown and uptown Phoenix areas, therefore there was a huge learning curve as first-time home buyers!
