Danielle was amazing! Every step of the way, she helped more than any realtor I've ever worked with in the past. Between a very busy time at work and a physical injury slowing me down, she helped facilitate and coordinate the entire process. She did a great job negotiating the price on the property and getting even more repairs completed by the seller than I had anticipated. With her tenure in the industry, she knew the seller's agent, which helped expedite answers to questions I had about the HOA. She helped with pricing on the homeowner's insurance and identifying other closing costs to be adjusted. It was the first time I've had a realtor go with me to the signing to make sure all my questions were answered about the paperwork and the closing costs. The carpet needed to be replaced, and she coordinated with a great flooring company to have the work started as soon as we closed on Monday and completed before moving in that weekend. She also recommended a great locksmith who came out less than 24 hours after I called. The locksmith replaced a couple doorknobs for me and rekeyed the locks just before his own plans to leave town for the holiday that afternoon. It was the best experience with a realtor that I've ever had, and I will definitely work with Danielle again the next time!
