Danielle was very knowledgeable about how we should strategically market our unique property to attract the correct buyer. The photos and video process really made our home stand out and showcased it so everyone could enjoy our special place. With all that said we received multiple offers on our property, before we were “live” in the MLS system. Danielle was able to guide us through the offers and we selected the one that would work best for us. We were also able to sell our home furnished, which was what we wanted since we were moving out of state and into a much smaller home.
