Danny was my agent for my first home purchase. He was very knowledgable about every single step in the home buying process and answered virtually all my questions as they popped up. I liked his upfront honesty and valued that about him. Danny was always responsive to all of my requests and sent out all correspondence quickly and efficiently to all the other parties involved so the closing went smoothly. It was great working with both Danny and Charles in getting our house ready and sold, especially in this crazy market. We pushed back the sale of our home for a few months and they were very patient and understanding, not pushy at all. They were always quick to respond and readily available to answer any question we had. Although we sold our house after the height of the sellers market, they were still able to negotiate two months rent back with no contingencies. Would definitely work with them again.
