It was great working with both Danny and Charles in getting our house ready and sold, especially in this crazy market. We pushed back the sale of our home for a few months and they were very patient and understanding, not pushy at all. They were always quick to respond and readily available to answer any question we had. Although we sold our house after the height of the sellers market, they were still able to negotiate two months rent back with no contingencies. Would definitely work with them again.
