Working with Dana was the best decision we could have made when we decided to move to the Columbus area. It truly felt like we were working with a friend! She always had our best interest in mind and she listened to our thoughts/questions at every step of the way. She offered great advice and helped us to be as competitive as possible without feeling uncomfortable. It took us ~6 months to find (and win) a house and throughout that entire time Dana was persistent, professional, hard-working, responsive, knowledgeable, and optimistic! She really went to bat for us several times. Without a realtor who tried as hard as she did to stay in constant communication with the selling agent, I do not think we would have won the house we did. Although it was a stressful search at times, Dana kept our hopes up and we found the best possible house for us. We are so grateful we had the chance to work with Dana (and Sue!!) and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a realtor. Especially with how insane the market is lately, having a knowledgeable, respected realtor who will go to bat for you might just be the thing you need to finally win.
