Let me start by saying Dana is the best!! I was a first time home buyer that was having a horrible experience with an agent a friend of mine said to use. Right before I was about to give up on the whole process and just stay renting, another friend asked me to give Dana a call. I called her and told her my situation and we looked at and put an offer in on a house that night!!! I told her exactly what we wanted and what price range and that is what she found us. She took all of the stress off of buying our first home that it was enjoyable, and were so happy. When our family got bigger we decided to sell our house and find something bigger, but 500 miles away in Southern California, so I called Dana up again and she came out the next day. Since we were first time sellers we had no clue how to do that either, and again, she made the whole thing seamless. She was on top of all the documents and the whole process keeping me informed with multiple calls per week. She even helped us find a realtor down here and we bought our dream home! Let me just start by saying, Dana is a saint. She is possibly the most patient, diplomatic, personable, and hard-working person I have ever met. My husband and I insisted on using our bank, Chase, for our loan financing, and our loan officer was very unprofessional. Dana was forced to constantly hold the loan officer's hand, and often our loan officer would go days without responding to Dana's calls. Despite all this, Dana still stuck with us. She did not stop until she handed us the keys to our dream house. Frankly, she deserves a medal, but I suppose my imperfect review will have to suffice. Before we found Dana, we had a different real estate agent who made me look through the listings myself, and would leave us waiting for days to go view houses. Which, of course, meant that they had already gone under contract by the time we got to see them --IF-- he could be bothered to go see them at all. I had become physically ill from the stress of trying to act as my own real estate agent without any real help. After that nightmare, Dana's attentiveness and dedication were a refreshing breath of fresh air! I called the service that recommended her to me in desperation, and it was the best decision I ever made! If you are looking for a real estate agent in Sacramento or the surrounding area, you would be foolish to go with anyone else. :)

We were with another agent when we started looking for a house, but said agent has not done anything at all. We searched online and talked to few agents when faith intervened and lead us to Dana. I was so impressed with her because she already lined up properties for me to see and went to a few of them the first time we met! I was getting frustrated because of the properties that was available does not meet our criteria, it's either too old, too expensive or too far. After a couple of days we found a property that I fell in love with. The house was a dream. There were 5 bids but Dana fought so hard with us to win the bid. Dana is a rock star realtor! She helped me navigate through the shortsale process and turned an otherwise complicated transaction into a streamline process. We had a few hurdles with some of the buyers falling out but I am stilled impressed to this day how she quickly lined up new willing and able buyers... seriously impressive! Her communicatiom was top notch.. no beating around the bush or smoke and mirrors. She gets to the point and handles business. I feel very comfortable referring her to my friends and family.

In 2012, Dana was our agent for the purchase and the sale of the same house, all within a seven-month period. She made sure we got into our dream home, at a great price, with minimum hassle (even though it was bank-owned). Seven months later, we were faced with a job layoff.
