Once we found a home we wanted we wanted it now. Dana moved the sale along as fast as possible explaining each step clearly and concisely. We shared so much of our past, present and future plans with Dana. It was great that she shared some of herself as well. It was almost bittersweet when we found our dream home because we knew we our professional relationship would soon end.

Dana and I went through the full gamut of what can happen before, during, and after a transaction and through it all she was my champion who went to bat for me. As a first time home buyer I was extremely cautious, read every contract and agreement, asked every question, always wondering what could possibly go wrong. Dana is sweet and honest and a true professional. I was a pretty high maintenance customer, calling at all hours and understanding very little. She was both responsive and patient, making sure I understood everything and all my needs were met. I often wished she’d lie to me just a little, or sugar coat the truth, but she always gave it to me straight. She’s also just a super fun person to know!
