If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Dana was amazing and I couldn't have imagined going through the home buying process without her. We worked with Dana after a family member who worked with her in past recommended her. We were looking to buy in the Bay Area, and even though she is based out of the Sacramento area she quickly became our guiding light to all things house shopping & closing even without being local. The other tricky part was that we were using a VA loan, which has a few additional nuances than a traditional loan and took a lot more work on her part to sell the benefits to the buying agent (since most people don't understand how VA loans work). Despite all these potential obstacles, thanks to her we were able to close on OUR VERY FIRST OFFER. Which is unheard of in the Bay Area. Not only did she help us close, but she helped us close FAST. She was super transparent about timeline, what was up ahead, and kept us very in the know as the process moved along. And gave us great advice whenever we asked. Her business partner, Ian, was also super great! He would come down to the Bay Area with very little notice to help with the house showing and then the inspection+ once we were in contract. They are a great duo! Both super professional, friendly and truly invested in our home buying process. As an added touch she even sent us a customized house warming present, which was so above and beyond and unexpected! I highly encourage anyone to work with her, even if you arent local.
