Dana was very responsive and answered all our questions about the entire process. It was our first time selling a home and it was an older home that came with some problems - she remained positive despite several bumps along the way.
When I interviewed Dana Miller she promised me top dollar. I could tell in her response to my questions that she is strong, determined and extremely knowledgeable in what she does. In interviewing other agents I did not get the same impressions. So I choose Dana to sell my house and when she told me the listing price I thought to myself, “Wow, at this high price there won’t be many people looking at it so I will have plenty of time before I have to move”. Well, 2 days after listing she had 7 offers and the lowest offer was well over the listing price. 5 weeks later and I handed the keys to my home over to the new owners. The best part is that I felt so comfortable working with Dana and her expertise that I let her do all the work. I just sat back, replied to her emails and drank my wine. Cheers to Dana for keeping her promise to me. One of the best choices I ever made.

We were looking for a dynamic agent who would help us sell our loved and very lived in home of 21+ years. It was a well maintained home but not modernized. Dana responded immediately back to our initial email and from that point on she helped us every step of the way with no pressure but just honest to goodness advice and a great team of professionals who helped us get ready to list our home. The happy ending was... a listing within a month and a sale within a day of listing...above our asking price! Could we ask for more? Could anyone? Dana Miller is in a class all alone, a 10 star agent.

It started before we moved to CA on the day she picked me up from my hotel during one of my business trips from OH. With more enthusiasm than one person should have, she spent the day driving me from community to community, sharing her extensive knowledge and making insightful recommendations based on our needs. This included her advising us not to buy initially. How many realtors would do that?! Every time that we've called on her since then, she was right there with laughter, high energy, and snacks for long days house hunting! I can't say enough about her honesty, flexibility, and depth of knowledge. She is one of the best in her profession and we are truly grateful to her!
We selected Dana as our partner for first buying our new home, and then selling our old home. Both buying and selling can be very stressful processes. There are so many variables to consider, but Dana knows all the ins and outs, and if it wasn't for her, it would've been a nightmare. With her help, and her reputation preceding her, we bought the home of our dreams, beating out multiple competitive offers. We were a little nervous about buying before selling but she definitely knew what she was doing on both transactions! She knew exactly how to make sure our old home caught the attention of buyers! We got into contract to sell our home with an above ask offer the first day on the market, and she sold our old house in under 30 days! She has a strong reputation for being an honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable agent who gets things done! We had to deal with an unscrupulous agent on the buyers side of our home sale and Dana knew exactly how to handle her and in spite of that our sale went through because Dana held their feet to the fire with the proper paperwork. Dana has built a vast network of contacts to supply every need you may have during the process and we highly recommend her. We felt so comfortable with her in our corner and there's literally no one we'd rather do our real estate business with more!

So I have only 150 characters to write this review and need many more pages to describe how amazingly fabulous and brilliantly smart and great Dana Miller is. We just bought our first house and without the wisdom, guidance, excellent professionalism, knowledge and sense of humor she possesses, this process would have been unbearable. And then comes Dana to the rescue! I would highly recommend her to anyone and she was 110% available, accessible, and responsive night and day--anytime we had questions, concerns, or any issue that arose she was masterful in responding and making our journey feel so incredibly wonderful. Wow, where do I start? My wife and I are first time home buyers, using the VA loan. Honestly, I did not know how difficult the VA loan process is - and how sellers often don't want to deal with its restrictive nature. Fortunately we had Dana, and her negotiation and communication skills alleviated any doubts that the sellers had. Dana was great on so many levels. She is friendly, personable, and smart. Dana's sense of humor made us feel as if she were an old friend. She took the time to know us, and understand are needs and dislikes. I can honestly say that there was not a point before, during, and after escrow that we were not well informed. She even gave surprisingly accurate predictions! Now that the dust has settled, my family has our dream home - and honestly, I am bewildered by the smoothness and ease through which Dana Guided us.
