I would give her 5 stars on all but I have not seen her negotiate. I was fortunate to buy my home during a time where prices were already rock bottom. From what I have been told she is highly skilled and knowledgeable from the half dozen referrals that have sold or purchased through her, To quote them directly, "She is amazing. The difference... It's like night and day'" when they compare her to their previous agents/brokers that just couldn't get the job done right. She is very sharp at sensing your needs and what you are looking for. Will tell you directly if there are hidden agendas and fees from other sellers and is very honest. I recommend her above all others!!

Dana is one of the best agents that you could find. Dana helped us buy our very first home. We didn't know very much on the whole reality thing, but the more time we spent with Dana we learned so much. Not only did she take the time to show us over a 100 + homes she explained everything step by step as to what was happening and what was going to happen.
