She listens to your wants and will search realtor websites to help guide you to the house of your dreams. Dana has helped me sell my house and purchase my new home. Dana was NOTHING LESS than PERFECT!! Not only did she take the time to learn our needs and wants in a home, but also took the time to know us! She made every part of the experience pleasant, even when we would spend 6+ hours together some days hunting for the perfect home. Our personal situation got REALLY stressful (by no fault of hers) towards the end because of our specific circumstances and things that we were required to do before purchasing, but Dana’s connections and knowledge helped us to get the house we wanted! She had resource she utilized to help us get our home, and she made sure it was done RIGHT. If it wasn’t for her knowledge and connections, we would have been 10x more stressed and worried an our pending sale may have fallen through. She provided 100% transparency with us for good and not so good news, but her optimism kept us hopeful and motivated and that ultimately got us our dream house! I could not have asked for someone more enthused, knowledgeable, or kind for this entire process. She will forever be apart of the place we get to raise our kids, and I could not be more thankful for that!
