Dana is very knowledable with current market trends, how upgrades and location can affect price. She responds promptly, less than an hour. She will schedule showings when its convenient for her clients and very quickly. When you are interested in a house, she will write up an offer as soon as she returns to office. She listens to your wants and will search realtor websites to help guide you to the house of your dreams. Dana has helped me sell my house and purchase my new home. Dana was NOTHING LESS than PERFECT!! Not only did she take the time to learn our needs and wants in a home, but also took the time to know us! She made every part of the experience pleasant, even when we would spend 6+ hours together some days hunting for the perfect home.
