Dan and Jim Riss were on board from the beginning. We did a walkthrough before listing the house. Several key items were discussed and Dan was very informative on the process. The house was listed a little high but the price came down and the house sold for what Dan and Jim thought it would go for. It was a pleasure working with the Riss brothers.
