My husband and I closed on the sale of our longtime home yesterday. Following our home inspection, he skillfully negotiated with the buyers to minimize our out-of-pocket expense for a couple fixes. Our new home build had some hiccups with supply chain issues which have made our closing and move dates a bit fluid. Dan protected us by negotiating a generous lease back which insures we will not have to move twice and incur additional costs.I have known Dan for 20+ years first encountering him in the hospitality industry where his customer service skills were unparalleled. I knew that one day when we sold our home, the only person we would let do that would be Dan. Other than 401ks, our home is our largest asset. Protecting and maximizing our important asset was critical to us. Dan understood that and did all that we asked and more. He is the only person I would use as an agent in buying or selling a home. He is honest and ethical and keeps his eye on the prize for the customer. It was a pleasure collaborating with him.
