Dan is heads above the rest. His level of professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. We were selling our house through a relocation company, which comes with pages and pages of paperwork and red tape to go with it. Dan went above and beyond to comprehend everything our relocation company required, inside and out. Dan even created an appendix of our relocation company paperwork to make things easier for the buyer and their realtor, an example of the small details that he gets right, things not every agent would do. During the entire process he made it perfectly clear that he was MY advocate in the real estate market. We had multiple unforeseen complications occur during our selling process that a lesser agent would have thrown up their hands, said "there's nothing I can do". Dan took action in each situation in a way that left no doubt in my mind that Dan takes pride in the work he does. For some additional perspective - we delayed putting our house on the marked for a week and a half because Dan was on vacation, risking things like constantly raising interest rates just so we could have Dan sell our house. I would absolutely do it again. Can Dan make a buyer appear out of thin air for an unreasonable price? Probably not, no agent can. But I see Dan as an agent that has an incredible feel for the market, knows what sells a house, and he will get every detail that is under his control correct. Not once did he tell us we should make a decision soon or make the process feel rushed. After many months, we finally found a home only thanks to Dan's persistence. He sent us the listing two days after it went on the market and it already had an offer on the table. We likely wouldn't have found that home with our own resources until after it was under contract. Dan coached us on different methods to make our offer more attractive and walked us through the entire closing process, answering our many questions without a hint of impatience or irritation.
