He knew we'd likely have a tough time selling the house due to the current market, but he did everything he possibly could to market the house in an attractive way, and we got it sold in a timely manner. Dan is truly exceptional! With a stress of a move and all of its myriad tasks/moving parts, you want an agent who is an expert at his craft, knows the local market inside and out, and makes you feel like you are his top priority...Dan is that Man! Dan stays current in real estate trends and practices to ensure homes are marketed and staged to maximize the potential for desirable offers which is key in the current housing climate. This is my second move from Utah in my career. Dan was my agent in an equally challenging market in 2012 and he delivered! So when moving back to Utah in 2014, it was Dan who helped find our home. Dan is heads above the rest. His level of professionalism and attention to detail was unparalleled. We were selling our house through a relocation company, which comes with pages and pages of paperwork and red tape to go with it. Dan went above and beyond to comprehend everything our relocation company required, inside and out. Dan even created an appendix of our relocation company paperwork to make things easier for the buyer and their realtor, an example of the small details that he gets right, things not every agent would do. During the entire process he made it perfectly clear that he was MY advocate in the real estate market. We had multiple unforeseen complications occur during our selling process that a lesser agent would have thrown up their hands, said "there's nothing I can do". Dan took action in each situation in a way that left no doubt in my mind that Dan takes pride in the work he does. For some additional perspective - we delayed putting our house on the marked for a week and a half because Dan was on vacation, risking things like constantly raising interest rates just so we could have Dan sell our house. I would absolutely do it again. Can Dan make a buyer appear out of thin air for an unreasonable price? Probably not, no agent can. But I see Dan as an agent that has an incredible feel for the market, knows what sells a house, and he will get every detail that is under his control correct. Any potential buyer will have every possible chance that they will find and see your home. What more can you ask for.
