Dan went above and beyond to comprehend everything our relocation company required, inside and out. Dan even created an appendix of our relocation company paperwork to make things easier for the buyer and their realtor, an example of the small details that he gets right, things not every agent would do. During the entire process he made it perfectly clear that he was MY advocate in the real estate market. We had multiple unforeseen complications occur during our selling process that a lesser agent would have thrown up their hands, said "there's nothing I can do". Dan took action in each situation in a way that left no doubt in my mind that Dan takes pride in the work he does. For some additional perspective - we delayed putting our house on the marked for a week and a half because Dan was on vacation, risking things like constantly raising interest rates just so we could have Dan sell our house. I would absolutely do it again. Can Dan make a buyer appear out of thin air for an unreasonable price? Probably not, no agent can.
