Dan did an excellent job of selling our home. He was very kind and professional. His expertise was obvious from the initial staging to the eventual sale. We received multiple offers within a couple days of listing, and ended at a final sale well above asking price. My husband and I closed on the sale of our longtime home yesterday. Dan Nix is our Agent, and we are ecstatic with the job he has done. In moving to a new 55+ retirement community, we had several requirements of an agent; maximum price for our existing home to fund the new purchase, a sale during the holidays (less than optimal time to put a house on the market) and a smooth process. I have known Dan for 20+ years first encountering him in the hospitality industry where his customer service skills were unparalleled. I knew that one day when we sold our home, the only person we would let do that would be Dan. Other than 401ks, our home is our largest asset. Protecting and maximizing our important asset was critical to us. Dan understood that and did all that we asked and more. He is the only person I would use as an agent in buying or selling a home. He is honest and ethical and keeps his eye on the prize for the customer. It was a pleasure collaborating with him.
