Dan is the epitome of a professional, dedicated, and class act of a realtor. He went far beyond what a typical realtor would do for the sale of our home. His availability, attention to detail, and knowledge led to an extremely seamless and successful process for us. Hiring him for the sale of our home ended up being the best decision ever. We had bad experiences before with other realtors so we were more suspicious coming in. Knowledgeable on the local market, eager to help in any way, willing to be present for every showing, he made us comfortable on the first visit and until the closing. The photographer he chose was outstanding and the pictures truly showcased our property, which sold in a heartbeat. Even after we were under contract, Dan offered to help us with everything, and even fixed some stuff with the house so we did not have to worry about it! We were never offered before by a realtor to help moving furniture or to move some of our belongings to the new house!!!. Truly an amazing experience. We came in looking for a realtor, and ended up with a new friend. We highly recommend him to anyone ! You will not regret.

He was like an engineer, realtor & administrative expert. There was nothing he wasn't on top of through a grueling battle with supply chain, labor and builder lies/delays. He even got involved in the title portal & consistently reminded me of things like binding insurance etc. The perfect guy for the busy professional!
