Hiring him for the sale of our home ended up being the best decision ever. We had bad experiences before with other realtors so we were more suspicious coming in. The photographer he chose was outstanding and the pictures truly showcased our property, which sold in a heartbeat. Even after we were under contract, Dan offered to help us with everything, and even fixed some stuff with the house so we did not have to worry about it! We were never offered before by a realtor to help moving furniture or to move some of our belongings to the new house!!!. Truly an amazing experience. We came in looking for a realtor, and ended up with a new friend. We highly recommend him to anyone ! You will not regret.
