We are extremely happy with the level of service Dan @ Exsell provided. Quite honestly we were concerned about getting cut rate service from a flat rate realtor. To our surprise, we received excellent service! They did a great job on the photography of our house. We always got prompt and complete answers to all of our questions. We received one offer with contingencies in 3 days and a week later a second offer without any contingencies. We saved about $10,000 over a conventional 6% realtor.

Dan was a great realtor to have; he went to extreme to make sure everything was handled. Was very aggressive with getting us our condo, professional, detail oriented, and great to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

I found a condo I was interested in Zillow - within minutes of requesting information, Dan was on the phone with me setting up a showing. He was always available by phone or email with any questions I had. Made me feel very at ease as a 1st time home buyer!

Dan is an excellent real estate agent in fact he is the best I have ever worked with. Dan was helpful beyond words, in fact because of Dan I got more for my house than I was originally going to ask for. Selling a house is super stressful Dan was always a text or phone call away whenever I needed him. He kept in contact with me every step of the way, and I was never in doubt of what was going with my sale. Quite honestly I don't think he charges enough money for the work he does. I would not even consider using any other agent than Dan. One more thing with Dan I got an offer the first day my house was on the market

Dan really understands the market and the business. I would highly recommended him to anyone and have to three friends. He works hard and I believe he truly cares which is a rare find in this business.
