Dan is a no nonsense, aggressive and knowledgeable agent. After speaking to other realtors, who charge higher commissions, but would price my home lower - I was amazed with the price he wanted to market my home for, and the low flat fee commission he charges. It was the best of both worlds. He had a process of comparing homes to mine, to arrive at my asking price. Dan's knowledge of the market made this step effortless. His timeline was fast paced and successful. Several showings the first day with 2 offers asking price and above! He was available by phone, text or email any time I needed to talk to him. Dan was very knowledgeable with the current state of the market and real estate in different areas. He was able to help me list my house for a price that was comparable to others in the area, which consequently allowed my house to sell within a day and above my asking price. We had to sell the house soon after the purchase...and we decided to go with Dan because our time to own the house was too short. Surprisingly we didn't make the sale after the initial listing because of the missing one closet in one of the bedrooms. We took the house out of the market and built the closet. We sold the house in three days when it was listed second time. Dan and Liz (his sister) worked together and I think I had contacted Liz the most.
