Realtor with extensive background in real estate market. Dan is very personable and quick to respond to questions and/or concerns. We needed a carpet repair before listing and he was able to get a contractor out the next day to fix it with no charge to us, as Dan had already taken care of paying for it up front. We would definitely use Dan again. You won't be disappointed if you choose him.
If I could give Dan Burgeson a zero I would. Dan Burgeson will make promises he has no intentions of keeping, anything to get you to sign the contract. The buyer of my property wanted a $3000.00 credit to replace the kitchen cabinets. Dan Burgeson talked me into it by promising me that the buyers Realitor and himself would each pitch in $1000.00 towards the cabinets if I paid the other $1000.00. I agreed to it trusting my realtor Dan Burgeson, that was a mistake (my bad I didn’t get it in writing). After the contract was signed he went back on his word stating the buyer would not agree to this. Due to an error in the condo association fees both Dan Burgeson and the buyers realtor were each supposed to credit me $120.00 each (I’ve yet to see that money). It was agreed that I would pay the buyers realtor 2% of sale price and Dan Burgeson tried to charge me more. From that point on Dan Burgeson stopped taking my calls, he would only communicate through email or have his secretary reach out to me. Don’t let his low realtor fees fool you. Dan Burgeson can't be trusted!
Working with Dan was a breeze, he stayed on top of communication, is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional. On top of that he has a whole team of professionals so anything that comes up can be taken care of promptly and professionally. Highly recommend and will be using him again for any future properties.
