When I made the decision it was time to sell Dan came highly recommend by a friend who worked with him in the past. Having a career in sales, and an interest in real estate, I felt confident in my knowledge and understanding of the market, comps and where I felt I needed to be as far as pricing. Dan and I still discussed every aspect and ultimately ageed. Where Dan's expertise really came through, for me, was in the legalities of the home inspection, repairs, etc.... he answered every question and skillfully handle handled the negotiation every step of the way! The Dan and Liz team did a fantastic job for us! This brother and sister team are two people who will work so hard for you to sell or find your new home. They had my condo sold very quickly and everything went smooth and no problems at all. Also found us our dream home in a very tough market. Liz had us in new home on the first market day. Helped us put together a competitive offer and made sure we looked as strong as possible. Eight offers came in and the sellers accepted ours. I believe it was their suggestions and years of experience that made us stand out more. The team always kept us updated and informed on the daily happenings. Made sure we were aware of everything and kept us on track to meet all the deadlines. Buying or selling a home is very stressful and they made it less tense with being very organized and prepared. I would highly recommend this team for your Real Estate Agent. Don't think just because they charge a small flat fee to sell your home that they will not work as hard or harder for you as the other "higher fee" Reality Company's. I had worked with Dan to not only sell my house but to purchase my new home. The overall experience was fantastic and would highly recommend working with Dan at Exsell Experts. I sold my house for the full asking price over the first weekend on the market. His planning and preparation even before we began sets Dan apart. The flat fee portion of the sale that they offer is also awesome. Its nice to know what your looking at numbers wise before you begin. Dan also was extremely helpful when we went to purchase our new home. He has a construction background and was very helpful with estimations on getting things fixed/upgraded. Dan went above and beyond during this whole process and I would use him again in the future. Highly recommended and extremely easy to work with.

Dan helped us to agree on a selling price that would get interest for our single family, unattached condo home. His suggestions on staging of our home prior to the wide angle pictures was great as the pictures looked terrific. Either Dan or Liz would respond back to our emails or texts very quickly which made things much easier, and it didn't matter the time or day of the week, they responded to us. His knowledge of the market and business conditions was extremely helpful to give us confidence in him. I would strongly recommend Dan for sellers as he gives you everything you need in a real estate agent but far less cost in the end.

I would highly recommend Dan and Liz. I was very impressed with their responsiveness and follow-up. I texted Liz often and she was always quick to respond, plus she's an all around awesome person. We moved out of state and could not attend the closing. They took care of coordinating help for some issues with the inspection which was a huge relief. We're so grateful to have had their help!

Dan works as a team with his sister Liz. They are both great to work with. Any time we had a question, they were easy to get a hold of and always had answers. The flat rate commission fee ($1500) also saved us a bunch of money (buyer's realtor took more like $5500). I would definitely recommend Dan!
