Dan and all of the team at Excell are next level pros! Not only did they sell my home for above asking, but they also helped me buy my new home at less than asking! I'm talking, updated, move-in ready, can't be more pleased. Dan is very knowledgable and always available. There was so much between accepted offer and close that Dan did for us AND the sellers. Dan would have an answer or an update within the same day, usually within an hour, compare that to the seller's agent that sometimes took days or in one case over a week! (Pre-occupancy, so we could move some things in before closing, while my daughter was able to finish the school year). I truly feel bad for my buying and selling peers out there that don't research what a good agent/broker can do for them. The time and money that gets thrown away by using a "friend of the family" is heart breaking, and very frustrating to the other party (that may have children in school)! Seriously, sell your property for more than you think, and save $10ks in commission by using Dan!
