Ms. Gotzmann thoroughly canvased south Florida to find the best home for me that was within the distance I wanted to commute to/from work and my price range. She effectively negotiated with the seller, when the home inspection came up with issues that needed to be resolved. All in all, she is extremely respectful and efficient. If you want to feel truly cared for, she is your realtor.

She is a person who works hard and makes sure your needs are fulfill. She has an menace amount of effort in to finding the perfect home for you. For example, even though I didn't find the perfect home at first, she stayed with me throughout the process in finding a home that fits my needs and will make me happy in the long run. She continued helping me with things I was unaware and helped me build my knowledge about buying and owning a house.
