Ms. Gotzmann thoroughly canvased south Florida to find the best home for me that was within the distance I wanted to commute to/from work and my price range. She effectively negotiated with the seller, when the home inspection came up with issues that needed to be resolved. All in all, she is extremely respectful and efficient.
