Being a single homeowner and a first-time seller at that, I leaned heavily on Daev and his expertise throughout the selling process. Before I could sell, I needed to navigate 4 years of put-off, honey-do’s. No matter how big or small a question, Daev was easily accessible with thoughtful and helpful advice. It all started a few months ago near the end of April, I ran the numbers with friends. We concluded that buying a house and splitting would be cheaper for all of us.
