Daev just helped me purchase my second home. Daev is very knowledgeable about the Denver real estate market. I felt very comfortable with him throughout the process. Daev was amazing! As a first time home buyer I didn’t fully understand everything. He walked me through the sales process, what to expect, how to strategize your offer, and what to expect as we moved through the process. He thoroughly explained the CO market and what to expect long term here. The communication was excellent. He was attentive and responsive and provided me resources at every step of the way. Additionally, he doesn’t push. The decisions were all mine. He found the homes but whether I liked them or not was my completely my decision. It was refreshing. The single greatest thing though was he did exactly what he said he would do; he got me into contract on a house I loved. I would absolutely recommend Daev and plan to work with Daev again on my next purchase.
Daev was a true go getter. He worked his butt off to get me what I wanted. With many early on late nights and to going the extra mile to get everything done on closing day. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing or what the process entailed. Daev and Nick helped me through every step of the process. They were very patient in explaining everything and answering all of my questions, as well as taking me to see so many houses – some more than once. After reading all the reviews, I don't know what else to say, everything has already been said. Such and amazing group of people!!! We were in process of purchasing our first house for the two of us and our two young children. So stress was already high. That is when Dave, Landon and Isaac stepped in. These three really made it happen, we couldn't be happier with the house they helped find and get under-contract. We moved in in less than a month! Home buying is so stressful especially with two young boys, but everything went super smooth from the day we got a chance to see the house, to the day we were handed the keys. All three of these guys are very personal, professional and are willing to do anything to make it happen! They work around your schedule and work as such a great team. They know the stresses of having children and adapt to make the process so easy. We could not be happier and we both would recommend this team and company to everyone we know. We absolutely loved working with Daev. As first time home buyers- he patiently walked us through the whole process. He explained things to us and helped us to understand our rights as buyers especially during the inspection and appraisal process. He was never pushy at all and always looked out for our best interest. He quickly figured out out our style and catered accordingly!
